Earlier in the year, the 13th European Symposium Paediatric Cochlear Implant (ESPCI) meeting took place in Lisbon, Portugal. This meeting, one of the largest of its kind, brought together experts in the field of paediatric cochlear implantation from Europe and around the world. Researchers and experts from around the world presented on a variety of topics ranging from cochlear implantation to auditory brainstem implantation and bone conduction implants.
